The Omega Speedmaster is recognized by enthusiasts around the world as “The Moon Watch”. It was the only watch out of 12 brands to pass NASA’s tests for use in space. One of OMEGA’s most iconic timepieces. Having been a part of all six lunar missions, the legendary Speedmaster is an impressive representation of the brand’s adventurous pioneering spirit. Introduced by Omega in 1957, in 1965 the Omega Speedmaster Professional was declared the official watch of the US space program. Omega has produced several versions of the Speedmaster Professionals over the years, from sapphire crystal models, to self-winding movements, to co-Axial escapements, to complications such as day-date, to GMT The watch for sale, with reference 3576.50.00, features the caliber 1866 movement based on Lémania, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback. It offers the same functions as the standard Moonwatch but with the addition of a calendar and one of the most visually appealing features, the moon phase indicator. Recently serviced at the official Omega service center, it will be shipped with its original box, original warranty, and a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase by the official Omega service center that performed the servicing.

Excellent stainless steel case with little to no wear. Comes with an excellent stainless steel tachymeter bezel insert.

Excellent Omega stainless steel 1998/849 links bracelet (complete). Bracelet is without stretch and fits a maximum wrist approximately of 21 cm.

Excellent black dial and matching hands.

New, unused, sapphire crystal, replaced during the service.
