A crown-protecting bridge, cushion-shaped case, glow-in-the-dark displays: These are what define the Panerai Luminor. The model name comes from the eponymous tritium-based luminous material that Panerai used in the 1940s as a replacement for radioactive radium. This popular diving watch has more than 70 years of rich history. The Luminor is, without a doubt, an icon in the watch industry. From entry-level models to special editions, these watches are known for maintaining their value. The new Luminor Marina Logo 3 Days Acciaio was presented in January 2018, and differs from the Luminor Marina Base only in the small seconds dial at 9 o’clock. Compared to the previous Luminor Base and Marina models which used the manual ETA 6497 caliber, this splendid watch is now animated by the Panerai P.6000 in-house manual winding calibre. The watch for sale, complete with all its original equipment, was sold by an official Panerai dealer in August 2020, and has the extended Panerai guarantee valid worldwide until August 2028 (PAM-GUARD 2+6 years ). It should only be emphasized that one of the 2 straps supplied, the one in blue fabric, is in very bad condition.
