Service Warranty Terms And Conditions

Two-Year Limited Service Warranty: The Orologi & Dintorni Vintage two-Year Service Warranty is limited to two full years from the date of invoice unless otherwise indicated. The limited warranty covers mechanical issues not related to negligence or any type of user-inflicted damage.
This warranty does NOT cover: pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry, and accessories. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as, but not limited to, knicks, dents, dings, crushing, and scratching. The warranty does not cover cracked scratched, or broken crystals, nor water damage. Alterations, repairs, and/or custom work done without the prior written consent from will render this warranty null and void. Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized by Orologi & Dintorni Vintage will render this warranty null and void.

Warranty Repair Instructions

All warranty repairs must be performed at Orologi & Dintorni Vintage headquarters, by our authorized technicians. Please contact us at +39 393 8509682 to obtain written authorization and instructions before sending in your watch for warranty repair. Once authorization has been granted, the watch must be packed appropriately for shipment. Upon request,Orologi & Dintorni Vintage will send a shipping label that will also provide insurance for the value of the watch, for which you will be charged.
We will not be responsible for any watches that are sent in to us for repair without prior notice. Orologi & Dintorni Vintage is not responsible for any watches lost in transit for warranty repair.
