Use of this website and any transaction with Orologi & Dintorni Vintage indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, which may be revised at any time.

Authenticity Pledge
Nothing is more important to us than your trust. We guarantee your timepiece is 100% authentic and as described or you will receive a full refund. All Orologi & Dintorni Vintage timepieces are backed by our Timepiece Authenticity Pledge. Our intake and buying process is very thorough, covering all aspects from mechanics to condition (replace) of the watch. For this reason we are able to identify a vast majority of the fake and replica timepieces.
Condition
Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, all watches are sold as is. We will accurately describe the current condition and working order of all watches we sell to the best of our ability. Visit our service warranty page for more information.
Shipping
We guarantee all watches are in our possession and will be express shipped immediately upon your funds clearing our Bank Account. All watches are shipped fully insured. You will receive a tracking number which allows you to track your package/shipment online at any time. If a package is lost, a refund will be issued once the insurance claim is approved and paid. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs or duties due in the country of destination.
Inspection Period
You will have a 14-day inspection period for your watch. If you are not satisfied, call for a refund authorization before shipping. Shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be sent via fully insured overnight or priority international delivery. The buyer agrees to assume any risks in shipping. No refund will be made after the 14-day
inspection period ends.
Full Refund Policy
We will conduct a thorough inspection of any returned item. Provided the watch is returned in the exact same condition, we will issue a full refund for the timepiece less shipping and insurance costs. The Buyer assumes all risks in returning the item.
Extra-EU buyers
Extra-EU buyers assume all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. The buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return.
Pricing
Orologi & Dintorni Vintage reserves the right to make any change to pricing, specifications, and availability of inventory without prior notice. Statements made on this website are the opinion of Orologi & Dintorni Vintage.
